He was predeceased by : his parents, James Stafford and Eva; and his siblings, Paul (Eleanor), Joe (late Viola), Morris (Sharron), Oswald (late Dorothy), Frank (Helen), Marcella (Harold) and Veronica (late James).

He is survived by : his children, Kevin (Tricia), Randy (Joan) and Connie Lynn (Larry Laabs); his grandchildren, Hilary (Rob), Courtney (Justin), Sadie, Sydney, Alex, Jessica (Jazz) and Stephanie; and his siblings, Theodore (Sadie) and Evelyn (late Howard).
