He was predeceased by: his brothers, Graham (late Vera) and Jimmy (late Eileen). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Forrest (Barr); his children, Susan (Harold Gilchrist), Brian and Ken (Pat); his grandchildren, Sherry (Rob), Chris (Sylvia), Steven (Annette) and Jackie; his great grandchildren, Jack, Marisa, Liam, Aaron, Charlie and Nathaniel; and his sister Irene (late Leo Rathwell).
