He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Stella; his parents, Gertrude Madigan and James P. Madigan; his children, Maureen (Dean Drevniok), Kevin (Debbie Madigan), Robert Madigan (Sue Chappel) and John (Lynn Madigan); his grandchildren, Vanessa Van Decker, Bradley, Michael (Christine Madigan), Joe (Bridget Madigan) and Julia Sarah Stone; his siblings, Denis (Carmel), Vince (Margo), Mary Huene (late Otto Cohn), Bryan (Jean), Teresa (Gerald Smith), Jack (Fran) and Mike (Lynda); his parents-in-law, Desmond Peplinski (late Loyola), Carmel, Denis Madigan, Mary Anne Peplinski, Dominic, Anna Peplinski, Bernadette, Bill Halkett, Irene and Dick Hill; and his daughter-in-law Trish Labuda.
