She was predeceased by: her husband Lorne Freemark; and her daughter Debbie. She is survived by: her children, Tim, Carol, Michael (Peg), Judy (Vern Prentice) and David; her grandchildren, Christine (Mike O'Reilly), Sarah, Leo, Alexandra (Ian McLean), Erin, Maureen (Bob Angell), Sam, Janet (Josh Brierley), Michael, Stephanie and Colin Prentice; her siblings, Dory Nicoll (Dale) and Bruce McCormack (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Maureen (Patrick Grace).
Donations in Diana's memory may be made to Dementia Society of Renfrew County or Diabetes Association.
