He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Teresa; and his siblings, Donna Riopelle and Joseph. He is survived by: his spouse Annemarie Haaima; his daughter Nicole (Derek Malcolm); and his brother-in-law Dennis Riopelle.

Donations in Dave's memory may be made to Renfrew Victoria Hospital Oncology Unit.
