We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2019, at the age of 90, Curry Oates (Renfrew, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Curry Oates to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel; his son Donald; his parents, Allan Oates and Ena Oates; his siblings, Betty Wright (late Cecil), Bert (late Avis) and Bill (late Iva); and also, Lloyd, Asa, Donald, Carl Ostrom, Daisy Wallace and Inez Maheral.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna (Paul Belisle) of Ottawa; his siblings, Molly Spiers, Ina Bond (Ronald) and Harry (Jan); and his friend Ilean Rousselle.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Trinity St Andrews United Church, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, or Rosebank Cemetery would be warmly appreciated.
