She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L'Abbe; her siblings, Patricia (Bill), Mildred Thompson (Red), Anita (Wilfred) and Norvel (Mabel); and her siblings-in-law, Darleen (Jack Trudeau), Phyllis (Bill Hall) and Douglas.

She is survived by: her child Tracey (Allan Jamieson); her siblings, Jack Dodge (Myrna) and Marlene (Gord McLeod); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond (Gracie), Lois (late Don McKeddie), Lloyd (Linda) and Ellen (late George Hill).

Donations in memory of Cecelia may be made to Groves Park Lodge Auxiliary.
