He was predeceased by: his parents, John Debenham and Phyllis Debenham. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sullivan; his children, Kelly and Troy; his grandchildren, Logan, Jacob and Cash; and his siblings, David (Nancy), Jim (Kim), Gail (Barry Davidson) and Patti (Rick Hass). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
