She was predeceased by: her husband Neil Swayze; her son Tommy Swayze; her parents, Charles Deslaurier and Agnes Deslaurier; her siblings, Irene Hunt, Edna Bowes, Mary Sullivan and Jim Deslaurier; and her nephew Gerard Hunt (Kim).

She is survived by: her children, Sherrill Swayze, Sheila Swayze and Alanna Emon (Peter); her brother Dan Deslaurier; and her grandchildren, Jasper, Bella Hunt, Talen, Macquire, Easton Gorman, Kianna, Walker Hunt, Cash and Daysia Swayze.
