He was predeceased by: his parents, Irven Sunstrum and Marie Sunstrum; his stepfather Patrick O'Toole; his daughter Sandra Ross; his grandson Anthony; and his sister Jackie.

He is survived by: his spouse Beverly (Walsh); his daughter Debra Batalha (Neil); his stepchildren, Paula, John and Dean Quattrocchi; his grandchildren, Adara, Amaro, Jamie, Kyle, Jessie, Jared, Brock, Mateo, Theo and Lucas; his sister Gerri (John); his stepsiblings, Debbie, Patrick and Bernard (Rosie); and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Earl), Barbara (Art), Shirley (Mike) and Brenda (Bill). He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
