He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy MacDonald and Arlene MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Amber MacDonald and Kyle MacDonald (Samantha); his grandchildren, Lilly, Thomas and Olivia; and his siblings, Shelley MacDonald, Debbie Svoboda (Shane), Donna MacDonald, Kathy MacDonald and John Van-Nus (Melinda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many close friends.
