He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Heithoff and Verlene Heithoff; his father-in-law Earl; his brother-in-law Jim; and his nephew Chris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kara Machnicki (Jeff) and Laura Deschamps (Bill); his grandchildren, Landon, Kali, Carter and Ava; his siblings, Joan, Nancy (Bob), Wayne (Marg), Randy (Kim), Tom (Judi) and Terry (Elaine); his mother-in-law Jean; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl (Rob), Norma (Andy) and Patty (Jim); his wife Lucille; and his stepchild Trout River Lodge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
