He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Henri Notter and Ena Irene Notter; and his siblings, Dale Notter, Terri Notter, Peter Notter and Carol Notter.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Notter; his children, Angela Macumber (Corey), Emily Bates (Sam), Jennifer Wilson (Cory) and Scott Macumber (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brendon Keye (Jennifer), Cameron Wilson (Alyssia), Matthew Bates (Melanie), Clayton Wilson (Chantiel), Krista Bates, Erica Wilson, Kyle Bates, Brody Macumber, Ava Macumber and Madden Macumber; and his great grandchildren, Kenadee Keye and Athena Bates. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
