With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Poje (Red Lake, Ontario), who passed away on November 20, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Poje and Katrina Hopco; her husband Juri Poje; her sons, George (Bonnie), Raymond and Joseph (Patti); and her grandson Robbie.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ivan and Anna; her children, Olga (Carmen), Phillip (Lynne), Bogdan and Doreen (Robert); her grandchildren, Jason (Blanca), Linda (Todd), Sheldon, George, Deidra, Janice (Kirk), Tracy (Derek) and Kayla (Sylvain); and her great grandchildren, Dalton, Trevaughn, Nelz, Preston, Tenisha, Katelen, Teanna, June, Brayden, Cassidy, Zach, Mayz, Chaz, Daxz, Carlee and Lyana.
