It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gunny Maerz (Red Lake, Ontario), who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jurgen and Elke; and his brother Hart (Hartmuth). He is survived by: his sons, Scott, Jordan (Rachel) and Lorne; his grandchildren, Alessandra, Carter and Remington; his siblings, Brigitte Fenton and Tom (Elaine); and his nieces and nephews, Jaclynn, Alyssa, Leay, Sarah, Nicole, Andrew, Matthew, Brent and Kyle.
