She was predeceased by: her husband Aglaba James; her parents, Levi Kakepetum and Eva Kakepetum; her son-in-law Brad Cockroft; and her siblings, Morley, Martina, Joe, Albina and Marie Kakepetum.
She is survived by: her children, Eli James (Laura), Albert James (Ida), Mary Lawson, Allison Cockroft and Vontane Keno (Andrew). She is also survived by numerous grand children, great grand children, great great grand children and extended family.
