He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Dormady; his parents, John Ingram and Sandy Ingram; and his nephew Shawn Gee. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Thomas (Bryan), Susan Ingram and Steve Ingram (Terri); and his nieces and nephews, Mark Thomas (Kimberley), Jill Thomas (Paul), Jason Gee (Dominika), Adam Gee (Melissa), Michelle Gaudon (Justin), Matthew Ingram and Brittany Escott (Tim). He is also survived by his family and friends.
