He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his brothers, Niels and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph and Elsie.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew and Timothy (Peter); his siblings, Peter and Gerda; and his sisters-in-law, Esther and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
