She was predeceased by: her spouse Melvin Adshade; her parent Henry Ouderkirk; and her siblings, Betsy, Joyce, Kenneth and Austin.
She is survived by: her parent Mattie Ouderkirk (Seaman); her son Stephen Adshade (Sharon) of Puslinch; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Hudsyn, Addisyn, Cohen, Everlie, Riley, Kyle, Laine and Bryce; her brother Dean Ouderkirk (Irene) of Middleboro; and also, Ryan Adshade (Ashley) of Guelph, Jarrett Adshade (Rosca) of Big Valley and Krysta Garton (Tyler) of Kitchener. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
