It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn Cook of Prince Albert, Ontario, who passed away on May 5, 2015, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel and Jack Cook Sr. of Prince Albert; and her siblings, Jack Cook Jr. (Lucille) and Marie (Leo Donnelly) of Port Perry. She is survived by: her siblings, Leanne Cook of Blackstock and Robert Cook (Heather) of Blackstock; her nieces and nephews, Adrian, Nicole, Tanner and Kara; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Randi Lynn, Liam, Aidan, Declan, Tyler, Tavin and Tace; and also Amora-Rose.
