He was predeceased by: his father Richard Putman; and his stepmother Corinne Putman. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Putman; his children, Mark (Michelle) and Julie Putman; his mother Jean Putman; his grandchildren, Hannah and Lucas; and his sister Deborah Putman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
