Thomas Melesky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Melesky of Prescott, Ontario, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Melesky and Rose Melesky. He is survived by: his wife Carol Melesky; his children, Catherine Geurkink (Michael) of Hainsville and Robert Melesky of Ottawa; his sisters, Mary Melesky of Sault Ste and Marie; his grandchildren, Shelby (David), Brody, Kieran, Kyle, Ryan and Brendan (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Scottie and Tyson.
