He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Mayes of Prescott. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Ruston); his daughters, Cindy Kennedy (Mark Nutbrown) and Christine Kennedy; his grandchildren, Danielle, Joey, Sam (Amy) and Marki; and his great grandchildren, Simon and Spencer.
