We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2022, at the age of 94, Mayferd Smith (Prescott, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Gregory Smith; and her brother Arthur Ashton. She is survived by: her children, Donald McHugh (Barb), Robert McHugh (Annette), Cathy Wright, Michael McHugh, Deborah Smith (John Lothian), Mark Smith (Karen), Jeffrey Smith (Stephanie) and Kimberley Harper (Brian); her grandchildren, Alison, Melanie, Kim, Lisa, Joey, Christie, Paige, Alex, Maggie, Jacob, Keagan, Jaydan, Brittany and Jillian; and her brother Kenneth Ashton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
