It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Elizabeth Reid (Prescott, Ontario), who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard "Hap" Reid; her parents, William Bolton and Pearl Bolton; and her sister Jean Barton. She is survived by: her children, Susan Gurgacz, Steven Reid and Shelley Porter; and her grandsons, Cody and Houston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the MacKay Funeral Home (416 Dibble St W, Prescott, ON K0E1T0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prescott Chapel - MacKay Funeral Home (416 Dibble St W, Prescott, ON K0E1T0). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (2451 County Rd 15, Maitland, ON K0E1P0).
