He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Simona Heppell; his children, Kathryn Heppell (Edward Eikland) and Ian Heppell (Janice Cheung); his grandchildren, Nicole Mbanefo (Mark Fitzsimons), Naomi Mbanefo (Richard Drummond) and Liam Heppell-Yeo; and his great grandchild Aria Fitzsimons.
