She was predeceased by: her spouses, Cecil Marcellus and Bert Baker; her parents, Robert Billings and Alice Billings; her son William Marcellus; her grandson Colin Merkley; and her siblings, Donald, Ronald, Gerald and Peggy.

She is survived by: her daughter Laura Marcellus (Rick Fraser); her grandchildren, Tyler Merkley (Stephanie), Brandon Marcellus, Brent Merkley (Ashley Cole), Domonick Merkley (Catie Bannan), Dawn Kirkwood, Crystal Kirkwood and David Kirkwood; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Becca and Hudson; and her siblings, Allan Billings (Crystal), Kenneth Billings, Janet Jones (Sam) and Joan Billings. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
