She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stanley Golan; her parents, Stefania Podkowka and Wladyslaw Podkowka; her siblings, Anna Wegner (Rajmund), Jerzy Podkowka (Kornelia) and Tadeusz Podkowka (Krystyna); her nieces and nephews, Aleksandra (Max), Sonia, Marta (Marek), Magdalena (Adam), Krzysztof (Kamila) and Grzegorz; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Henry, Melanie, Marcel, Jakub and Zosia.
