He was predeceased by: his father Roy Francis; and his brother Bryan Francis. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Francis; his children, Thomas (Linda) and Cherished; his brother Paul Francis (Naomi); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Jenkinson (Terri-Lee) and Ann Simpson (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
