He is survived by: his children, Darin Ruttan (Louise) of Powassan, Steven Ruttan of North Bay, Nadine Prior of North Bay, Jessica Ruttan (Fran) of Ottawa and Whitney Ruttan (Alex) of Timmins; his grandchildren, Braeden, Miranda, Joshua, Jasmine, Kyleigh, Maryse, Tylar and Jordan; his brother Floyd Ruttan (Gail) of British Columbia; and his close friend Ann.

We were grateful to be granted more time with our father through the generous Gift of Life donation and through the Ajmera Transplant Organization at the Toronto General Hospital.
