He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Bradley; and his daughter Shelda McVey. He is survived by: his children, Dianne McVey (Bob Mayhew) of Perth, Bruce McVey (Sheila) of Woodlawn and Maureen McVey (Mark Cairns) of Portland; his grandchild Fondly; and his great grandchildren, Allison, Samantha, Laura, James, Keith, Caitlyn, Sarah and Jessica. He is also survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
