He was predeceased by: his sibling-in-law Jean Burnham (late Ted); and his parents, Alan Shurish and Kathleen Shurish (Boussineau). He is survived by: his wife Susan Shurish (Crocker); his children, Matthew and Burke (Jocelyn); his grandchildren, Ryker, Nicholas and Xander; his siblings, George Shurish (Linda) and Mary Kay Cameron Dear (late Colin); and his siblings-in-law, Kit Crocker, Betty Ann Schleihauf (Bill), Dan Crocker (Sharron), Mary Lou Crocker and Nancy O'Neil (late George).
