It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Payne of Port Stanley, Ontario, born in Hazel Park, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Beverly Payne; her stepson Greg; her son-in-law Leon; her grandson Michael; and her parents, Raymond Recker and Gladys Recker (DuFour).

She is survived by: her significant other Gerald Trahan; her children, David (Carla), Bill (Teresa) and Ruth McLean (Scott Carrie); her stepsons, Mike (Mary) and Jeff (Beth); her grandchildren, Brad (Kate), Matt, Brant (Hayley) and Raven (Cael); her great grandchildren, Mia, Rachel, Dallas, Berkley and Avery; and her great great grandchildren, Emily, Willa-Bee, Declan and Nora.

Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital.
