We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2020, at the age of 72, Patricia Adams (Port Stanley, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mark Adams; her children, Marshal Adams (Deyan) and Dawn-Marie Burridge (Rick); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Faith, Jewel, Chloe, Meghan and Bryce.
