He was predeceased by: his wife Lore; his son Henryk; his sibling Yugoslavia; and his parents, Gottfried Siebenmorgen and Johanna Siebenmorgen (Emunds).

He is survived by: his child Torsten Wenzel (Kathrin); his grandchild Franziska Wenzel (Nico Mathys); his great grandchildren, Eddie Wenzel and Marc Wenzel (Renate Görlich); and his siblings, Rose Gotzmeister (late George), Fred Siebenmorgen (late Susanna) and Otto Siebenmorgen (Alexandra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
