He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Bush and Myrtle Bush; his siblings, Betty Anderson and Bill Bush; and his nephew Craig Anderson.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Reid; his sister-in-law Melissa Bush; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Broga, Heather Anderson, Charles Bush and Spence Reid.
