He was predeceased by: his former wife Audrey Dixon; his children, Sandra Jansen and David; his brother Gary; and his siblings-in-law, Don Young, Ron Shirran, Len Healey and Marlene Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Dixon (MacMillan); his children, Wendy Turnbull, John and Tina Dixon; his stepchildren, Melissa and Jeff Bernier; his sisters, Lenore Young and Lola Shirran; and his siblings-in-law, Pam and Bob Jacobson.
