He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, John Sutherland (Pat) of Utica, Connie Sutherland (Harvey Walker) of Carnarvon and Brian Sutherland (Dawn) of Seagrave; his grandchildren, Danny (Lynsey), Andrea (Thomas), Rachel (Graham), Sean, Adam (Jodie), Sarah, Melody (Matt), Caitlin (Mike) and Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Gabriele, Jocelyn, Brice, Lucas, Olivia, Jacob, Charlotte, Penelope, Cruze and Isabella.
