He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Phinney and Doris Phinney. He is survived by: his siblings, Don (Judy) of Prince Albert and Gayle (David Page) of Port Perry; and his significant other Sharon Gray of Janetville. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
