He was predeceased by: his father John Milligan. He is survived by: his mother Gerry Milligan; his wife Lori; his sons, Michael (Kim), Christopher (Megan) and Bradley; his siblings, Larry (Cindy), David, Pat (Jerry), Greg, Darcy, Catherine (Keith), Sean (Cindy) and Maureen (Peter); and his father-in-law Earl Whidden. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and many other friends and family.
