It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Albert Phayre (Port Perry, Ontario), who passed away on November 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Phayre and Anne Phayre; and his siblings, Roy Phayre and Marion Ginn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Barbara-Anne (Steve Bisschop) and Gregory Phayre; and his grandson Dylan Phayre. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
