He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugene (late Rosalie), Nelson (late Rachel), Rolland and Annie (late Honore). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Debora Prokopich Buzzi (Patrick Buzzi) and Heather Prokopich (Brad Puckrin); his grandchildren, Warner and Peyton Puckrin; his brothers, Rene (Blanche) and George (Doreen); and his sister-in-law Gertrude (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations to the Oak Ridges Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
