Keely Ann Meade Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keely Ann Meade (Port Perry, Ontario), who passed away on December 21, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Audrey and Lars; and her parents, Rex Meade and Terry Meade. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundations of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
