He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Alice Wallis; his mother Jean Wallis; his sisters, Judith Wallis and Arlene Wallis; and his daughter Cathy Olliffe.

He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Wallis and Robert Wallis (Lesline); and his children, Terry Berry, Wayne Berry, Charlene Cote (Cole), Shawna Milton (Kevin) and Kyra Watson (Boyd). He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, his 10 great-grandchildren, and his three nieces and a nephew.
