He was predeceased by: his daughter Elise Schellenberg (Brent). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chad, Isaiah (Anna) and Priscilla (Krister); his sons, Ron Berard and Andre Jung-Berard (Samantha); his grandchildren, Ethan, Kasandera and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Theodore, Lucas (Priscilla) and Violet (Isaiah).
