She was predeceased by: her brother Cor. She is survived by: her husband Len van Schagen of Port Perry; her children, Casey van Schagen (Mary) of Blackstock, Margot (Brian Brain) of Port Perry, Glen van Schagen of Ottawa and Larry van Schagen (Marcy) of Raleigh; and her sibling Ria van der Bijl. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and her nieces and nephews.
