He is survived by: his children, David (Lynne), Stephen (Sarah), Kevin (Liz) and Heather (Mark Phillips); his grandchildren, Matthew (Nadine), Mike (Tara), Meghan (Mike Mikkelsaar), Beth (Jamie Noskiewicz), Alison (Russ Jackson), Lorraine (Ryan MacLennan), Scott, Brian (Rebekah) and Laura Phillips; his great grandchildren, Noah, Madeleine, Olivia Iley, Leyton, Beau Iley, Harrison, Theodore Jackson, Callum MacLennan, Kate and Lucas Mikkelsaar; and his former wife Hammie Oosterlo.

I also live in West Shore Village in a bungalow & have waved to Fred in his room everyday for the past 8 years - G-d rest his soul.
