She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Dukowski; her daughter Patricia Skinner; her brother-in-law Peter Cox; and her siblings, Connie Bilton and Les Bilton (Gladys).
She is survived by: her children, Dave Dukowski (Jacqui) and Dianne Dukowski; her grandchildren, Kathryn (Jeremy), Matthew (Susan), Andrea (Christopher) and Michelle (Geoffrey); her great grandchildren, Thomas, Elliot and Bennett; her sister Sheila Cox; and her nieces, Susan, Denise and Yvonne.
