It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlie Pavlik of Port Perry, Ontario, who passed away on November 22, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughter Cathy Pavlik (Tim Griffen) of Port Perry; his grandchildren, Lara and Merril Mitchell; his sibling Shirley Reddick of London; and his sister-in-law Noreen Middlemiss of Norland. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions of COVID-19 a private service with family and friends will be held at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) Interment Prince Albert Pine Grove Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Port Perry United Church or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
