He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth of Port Perry; his children, Steven Gollop of Guelph, Carolyn Gollop (Guy Arnott) of Minden Hills and Christy Gollop (Geoffrey Scott) of Port Perry; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Thomas, Sarah-Lynn, Robert, Evan, Tara and William. He was also cherished by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
